Happy Easter!
Celebrating the resurrection of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ!
For we also once were foolish ourselves, disobedient, deceived, enslaved to various lusts and pleasures, spending our life in malice and envy, hateful, hating one another. But when the kindness of God our Savior and His love for mankind appeared, He saved us, not on the basis of deeds which we have done in righteousness, but according to His mercy, by the washing of regeneration and renewing by the Holy Spirit, whom He poured out upon us richly through Jesus Christ our Savior, so that being justified by His grace we would be made heirs according to the hope of eternal life. Titus 3:3-7

1 Year!
Our sweet little Cwa is 1 yr old. We are officially changing her blog name to SLiM. At one yr, she weighs in at 15.4lbs. Her doctor says, "she is just small and not to worry". She started walking a little this week but she has been crawling and climbing on EVERYTHING for months. She is learning to push her big bro's buttons, just as a little sister should;) She loves to make a game out of anything and she is always ready for a good laugh. Here is shot of her in her party dress.
We celebrated with lots of pink and lots of cake.

Here is a shot of SLiM just before we sang to her. She was not sure about being the c.o.a. We had lots of family helping us celebrate (about 20 people/kiddos total). Of course her good ole arm calmed her fears.

Happy New Year! & Happy 11 Months!
Wow!!! 11 months!?! Here is a shot of our sweet, tiny, teething little girl...excuse the drool in the picture. She is working on her 4th tooth in a month's time. Starting late but cutting them fast can be tough.
Daddy and McB gathered a few leaves out of our yard...5 if you ask McB for the count;) Here are a few shots of him swimming in the leaves.
We started the New Year by attending an awesome birthday party for McB's friend Giddy-up. McB joined a few of his other toddler friends at the party for a hunting trip on a giraffe bus. Mom, Dad and baby sister tagged along. Cwa LOVED the opportunity to ride in a vehicle without being strapped into her car seat. She also LOVED the animals.

We fed a lettuce and cookie eating giraffe. McB saw a few of the older kids and adults feed the giraffe a piece of lettuce out of their mouth. Without any prompting from his parents, he decided that he would give that idea a shot.

Merry Christmas
Merry Christmas 2011! We have been very blessed this year and we look forward to what the Lord has planned for 2012.

McB and Cwa played with dad's old stuffed toy ornaments. She enjoyed watching him run over the toy soldier with the toy car ornament.
They both LOVE Christmas lights. McB is dragging the "light train" through the house and trying to keep it away from his sister.

Stopping at the "walk of lights" is the best part of the drive to Dallas.
McB had to be told several times to slow down and stop running into people as he made his way through the lights.
