Merry Christmas and A Happy New Year!

We had a wonderful Christmas with lots of time with friends and family as we celebrated the birth of our Savior.

caroling with our church family

fun with friends that we call family

a cozy start to Christmas Eve

Lots of fun on the farm!

 Happy New Year!

Fall

This season has been the busiest of the year, for sure! We ended our Summer break with an attempt at backyard camping, only to awake to large raindrops in our face and a flood in our tent at 1am.  We survived.

We finally had a chance to explore Schlitterbahn!

and Gruene Hall

School Begins

with a fun field trip
and another that we turned into a Jurassic Park adventure.
We survived.

It is amazing how puttin on a cowboy hat can make you tawk funny, esp if you are watch'n the parade and getting ready to head to the county fair.
or trying on a new pair of converse can make you bust out in song "every girls crazy bout a sharp dressed man!"

We celebrated this sweet 6 yr old!  He still loves to dress up and is more animated than ever but still loves to snuggle.  There is never a dull moment with him around.  He truly enjoys life.

He loved taking the soccer field for the 1st time!

Sister came out of her shell a bit this year too!

For Halloween, we had the mighty Gideon, Mary, A Rock'n Prophet, and A Queen who would rather wear her super hero costume for "such a time as this."

We met our newest cousins!
ran a few laps at Mama's old stomping grounds

Happy Thanksgiving!

Gramma made matching pj's for us all!
