8 Months

We are officially sitting and scooting now and still trying sooo hard to talk.  Full of smiles and laughs and love.

These 2 birthday buddies are so cute together!  Pics are more fun each month!!!

Carrots are much better than beets.
Race Day!

Lightning McQueen(matchbox car), Princess Carriage and Luke Skywalker's Landspeeder.

The Princess Carriage won 3rd Place in Speed which actually bumped her from 1st Place in design since speed trumps design and you can only receive one trophy.

The Landspeeder won 3rd place in design.

Lightning McQueen had lots of playtime.

Snoozing during the chaos.

Fun at a friends birthday party!

Basketball Boy!

Holding a pic that he brought home from preschool: "look mom, I got stuck in a dinosaur."
A trip to the zoo with our zoo.

Happy Birthdays!

2 of us celebrated birthdays this month.  5 and 35!!! Feeling old.
Mom's birthday lunch.  For the record, Daddy did take me to a nicer restaurant than cf for my birthday dinner;)

Tea Time

Daddy had tea with his girl before heading out to take the boys fishing.  He also made sure the tea party room was complete with steamers and pink flowers.

7 Months

We are on the move!  She has learned to roll towards whatever it is she wants.  She is starting to sit a bit but tumbles over pretty easily.  Still full of smiles and loves people...esp. her family.

An attempt to expand her palette...with beets.  Beat it!
You would never know it is winter unless you look at the calendar.  The weather has been beautiful.

Happy New Year!

We started the year with a stomach bug and had to cancel our big dance party to ring in the new year.  We actually postponed it for a few days and eventually had a blast dancing "in 2016" with a few friends in our living room;)  Praying for a healthy and fruitful 2016.  Hopefully our harvest of greens will help get everyone healthy again soon:)  May we bring glory to God in all that we do this year.

Here are a few of our old and new traditions:

Leaf jumping!

Read aloud with Daddy, hot chocolate and cookies.  Narnia!!!
