Moss Summer Time

OK, I know it's been a while since we've blogged but there is a reason:) McB is going to be a big brother and the 1st trimester was a little bit of a challenge. Taking care of McB, dinner, laundry and work took up most of mom's energy. We are past that now and feeling great so here are some pics of other things we have been up to over the summer.

McB sports his rubber boots around the house even though there are definitely no water puddles to be found in K town.

13+ Months

McB loves to try everything on whether it is meant to be worn or not:)

He has a while before he can share shoes with mommy or daddy.

Daddy's hat works to strengthen his deep neck stabilizers.

Paper is great fun to wear around the house.

Clothes hamper/mobile hideout.

The beach is McB's new favorite place to hangout.

His 1st camping trip was in the middle of a hail storm. He slept through the whole thing.

McB is thinking, "where has this mud stuff been all my life?"

Climbing is his favorite thing to do around the house. Through stuff, over things, up onto things. The problem is, he sometimes has a hard time remembering that he has to climb down carefully.

Like mother, like son.

We've decided that it is a little early to start thinking about potty training but he loves his toilet.

1 Year

Can you believe it has been a whole year!

God gave us wonderful weather for McB's B-day parties.

Here are a few of his new fav things to do.

Playing OUTSIDE in the his new pool. He is drinking the water and getting his fiber "grass" to balance out the sugar he ate in the b-day cake.

McB and daddy shared this gift (new baby seat for dad's bike).

He is starting to get the idea of opening presents.

On your birthday, you get to eat all kinds of bad things. McB takes after his dad and LOVES cheese puffs,

however;)

CAKE IS THE HAPPIEST PART OF 1st BIRTHDAYS!!!

When your grandparents live out of town, you get double the cake; and when your dad has a birthday in the same week, you get triple the cake!

11 Months

Here are a few of McB's favorite things to do.

Getting daddy to pick him up and let our new vents in the ceiling blow his hair.

Hanging out with mom, dad and barking with Harley.

Sneaking around the corner and finding/surprising mom and dad.

Climbing through obstacles. Who needs toys?
